Basics

  • How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is to email milkandhoneyonline.orders@outlook.com or message us via Instagram at @milkandhoneystarkville. Our Facebook messenger is also always open for any questions/concerns you may have; however, messages can be hidden on Facebook Messenger. Therefore, we do not recommend this as our primary source of contact.
                
  • Can I get on your email list?
Absolutely! Scroll down to the bottom of our website and sign up. We can't wait to send you our new arrivals!
 
  • Are all of the items online also in-stores?
Yes— excluding jewelry & a few other accessories. 
 
  • I just placed two orders; will you combine them?
Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please email milkandhoneyonline.orders@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.           
             
  • I sent in a return, and I still haven't received my online credit. Where can I find it? 
Some email providers filter our online credit emails into the spam folder. If you made a return and it has been more than 4 business days, you will probably find the credit email in your spam folder. If you still don't see it, please email milkandhoneyonline.orders@outlook.com for assistance.

  • Do I need to create a login to shop?

Yes! Feel free to shop around our website as a guest. However, in order to checkout your cart, creating an account is required. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. 

  • Will you email or call me since it is required to create an account?
You will not be subscripted to our text or email list by simply creating an account. The only reason we will contact you is if something is wrong with your order, a return issue or an exchange issue. If you sign up separately for our SMS text messages or if you join our email list, that is the only way you will receive automated texts/emails. 
  • Why do you require customers to create an account?

We truly love our customers! Creating an account is one of the most efficient ways for us to take care of you! By creating an account you'll have access to your past orders, store credit codes, and not to mention a much faster check out process! This also gives us the ability to contact you if something is wrong with an order or if you have chosen local pick up at checkout. You'll also receive perks via email! By accepting our marketing, you'll receive exclusive promotional discounts, and be the first to know about major sales, anticipated restocks, and the latest trends! 

  • What if I forget my password?

  • Do we have any tips for shopping our site?

Yes, we highly recommend following us on all forms of social media and joining our mailing list. 

  • Can you hold an order for me?
We can only hold an order if it has been paid for. There are a few exceptions to this policy. If you'd like to request for an exception to this policy, you can contact us via email or messenger.
